At On Running, I was responsible for creating campaign assets for global campaigns, collaborating across multiple departments including marketing, e-commerce, UX, studio directors, photographers, graphic designers, and copywriters. My role sat at the intersection of these teams, serving as the main communicator for the digital asset production process.

I developed new photography style guidelines, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand’s evolving identity. I worked closely with the UX/UI team to produce and align visuals with the direction of the company’s new international website launch. On a daily basis, I partnered with the merchandising team to coordinate product photography, which I retouched and approved for product launches.
I collaborated with art directors to retouch and adapt campaign images, ensuring they were responsive for blogs, website headers, and promotions. This role required me to bridge creative and strategic efforts, contributing to the global success of On Running's digital presence.
I was responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams across the company to ensure seamless product launches. A key aspect of my work involved quality-checking every published image on our website to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and formatting issues. I ensured that all imagery was correctly prepared, sized, and placed according to its intended platform.
I collaborated closely with art directors to refine and adapt campaign imagery, often reproducing or manipulating assets to achieve the desired visual outcome. My role became especially critical when the art department redefined the aesthetic of our product photography—I communicated between e-commerce, UX/UI, studio photography, and art direction teams to align on the new creative vision daily.
Shauna is curious, and a critical problem solver. Working in a dynamic culture came naturally to her and she was good at providing new insights and making decisions in ambiguous situations. On encourages its team members to rethink existing processes every day. Shauna quickly adapted to this and was able to challenge the status quo and prevailing assumptions through being candid with peers across the entire organisation.
She has a great growth mindset, and is resilient when faced with challenges, able to work well with others to find improvement opportunities. She always aimed for excellence, making good use of available resources and delivering under time pressure to meet goals. She was also very organized and kept the overview of the assigned tasks while setting the right priorities and meeting deadlines.
Shauna was also a helpful team player, seeking the best for the team and the organisation. Her respectful and authentic manner and willingness to support others, including those outside of her immediate role, was highly appreciated by her colleagues and managers. Due to Shauna’s positive spirit, she was able to understand their needs well, building connections fast and executing her tasks to our fullest satisfaction. Shauna continuously helped in creating an exceptional work environment, and her demeanour was at all times highly friendly and polite.
